Dehradun (Uttarakhand) [India], September 01: Neetu Yoshi Limited (BSE: 544434), a leading RDSO-certified manufacturer of customized ferrous metallurgical products, is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the allotment of 26.42 Lakh convertible warrants at a price of ₹104/- per warrant on a preferential basis to Promoters and Non-Promoters.
