At the award ceremony held in Mumbai, Incheon Kia’s Managing Director, Naeem Shahul, and Senior Vice President, Reji Varghese, received the award from Sachin Shilawat. The ‘Dealer of the Year’ award is presented based on key performance indicators, including customer service standards, after-sales support, and dealership operations.
