Magellanic Cloud’s Order Momentum Accelerates with ₹8.90 Crore DFCCIL Win, Further Strengthening Growth Momentum

Hyderabad (Telangana) [India], August 19: Magellanic Cloud Limited (NSE: MCLOUD | BSE: 538891), today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Provigil Surveillance Limited, has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL), Ahmedabad, for a contract valued at ₹8.90 crore (Rupees Eight Crore Ninety Lakh Only). Notably, this LOA comes within a week of Provigil having received another order from DFCCIL, underscoring the growing confidence placed by the PSU major in Provigil’s capabilities. The order further strengthens the Company’s growing order book and adds another significant critical infrastructure project to its portfolio.

Under the contract, Provigil will undertake the Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Operations & Maintenance (SITC and O&M) of an IP-based CCTV Surveillance System on an OPEX model for a period of five years across DFCCIL locations between New Palanpur and New Gothangam, under the CGM/ADI Unit, Western Dedicated Freight Corridor (WDFC). The scope includes remote video monitoring, asset protection, perimeter security, Command and Control Centre infrastructure and associated surveillance systems. The contract has been awarded in the ordinary course of business and is aligned with the Company’s core focus on delivering integrated surveillance, security and technology solutions.

Strategic & Commercial Highlights

  • Strengthening DFCCIL Partnership: The latest ₹8.90 crore LOA, following another DFCCIL order secured on August 13, reinforces the continued confidence of a key public-sector infrastructure customer in Provigil Surveillance’s technology and execution capabilities.
  • Deepening Transportation Infrastructure Presence: The consecutive engagements strengthen Provigil’s footprint across critical transportation infrastructure and reinforce its growing presence within the railway and public-sector ecosystem.
  • Five-Year OPEX-Based Engagement: The five-year OPEX-based SITC and O&M engagement provides long-term project visibility while enabling the deployment and sustained operation of an integrated e-surveillance framework for critical railway infrastructure.
  • Advancing AI-Enabled Security: The deployment brings together AI-enabled video analytics, centralised monitoring, video management and storage, and command-and-control capabilities, supporting the transition toward intelligent and technology-led security across large-scale infrastructure environments.
  • Building Long-Term Growth Opportunities: The continued traction with DFCCIL adds to Magellanic Cloud’s growing portfolio of technology-led surveillance engagements and supports its strategy of expanding across transportation, government and other critical infrastructure sectors.

Commenting on the development, Mr. Joseph Sudheer Reddy Thumma, Global CEO & Managing Director, Magellanic Cloud Limited, said: “This order from DFCCIL further strengthens our growing presence in large-scale critical infrastructure projects and reflects the confidence placed in Provigil’s technology and execution capabilities.
