Alliance Chairman Subhash Dawar of Surat Receives ‘Excellence in Business Leadership’ Award

Surat (Gujarat) [India], March 04: Subhash Dawar, the chairman of Surat-based embroidery machine company Alliance, has been honoured with the “Excellence in Business Leadership” Award at the Economic Times’ ETNOW.in Business Conclave & Awards 2025. The award was presented by Arunachal Pradesh Governor Lt. Gen. KT Parnaik (Retd.) at an event in New Delhi.

Alliance has been consistently advancing with new embroidery machines for the past 20 years. Its machines are regarded as the best in the world. Alliance has played a significant role in boosting the embroidery industry in Surat, and its machines account for the largest market share.

Chirag Dawar, Managing Director of Alliance, and son of Subhash Dawar, told ET Now that Alliance has continuously marched ahead with a focus on new technology. The company’s “Rafael” embroidery machine has given Surat a new direction, offering technology that no other company has.
